Can you believe this 10 minutes before going home they tell you to continue stocking the shelves plus take care of 20 shopping carts full of returns or considere yourself fired because you sign up for this? Wow in my jobs description doesn't say that I'm gonna be taking care of items that weight more than what I'm capable. I was a Departament Manager for stationary. Small petite woman under 120 lbs. And I was trying to help a customer before going home because the store in Suffern, NY 10911 didn't have enough help. For the 8 days I only worked in that store, I have never been mistreated and humiliated in front of customers by any manager till I worked in that walmart store..I witness my supervisor been so rude to the customer and nasty to the point of telling the customer if she didn't like the fact we don't have her item she can go to HELL or go shopping to Target. Well believe it or not I got FIRED for helping the customer and not finishing with my stack that they gave me 10 minutes before going home and I was verbally humiliated, intimitated and used by this manager who tooked all the credit for my hard work while she was just hanging around the store doing nothing. Feeling like suing the store and getting myself a lawyer for My Pain and Suffering that I can't go back to work there because of hostile work enviroment and my poor little boy now got a mom without job!
